Returns

Do not ship a return before contacting us. Email first with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. The full process is on the Shipping & returns page.

What we cannot help with

We cannot process payments or card details over email or phone, and we cannot change a delivery address after a parcel has been dispatched. For payments, you will always be sent to the secure Stripe checkout.
